The BBG is a body that seeks ways of improving the business environment for British companies that operate in Bangladesh. Many of the issues faced by these companies are common, including: visas, work permits, taxes, customs, repatriation of dividends, security, compliance and IP protection.  One of the BBG’s core activities is to arrange meetings with key people from the Government, the private sector or visiting UK dignitaries to hear about their plans for tackling the challenges faced by UK firms and improving the business environment in Bangladesh.
